Over the years, HURIFO has:
- Bought its own land and is building offices
 - Trained 18 community groups with human rights knowledge and alternative conflict resolution mechanism (mediation)
 - Trained 70 Human Rights Defenders and 35 Community Environmental Monitors
 - Won courts awards of over 1b Uganda shillings on behalf of the victims
 - Helped over 100 people to get justice
 - Reviewed 142 Clan bylaws in Agago and Lamwo districts to conform to the national laws and constitution of Uganda 1995.
 - Trained 1,017 members of human rights clubs, matrons and patrons in secondary schools in Pader, Agago, Gulu, Lamwo, Nwoya and Amuru districts.
 - Trained 124 clan leaders (30 Female 112 Male) in Acholi sub-region
 - Trained 66 Community Environmental Monitors (CEMs) in the districts of Amuru, Pader, Omoro, Nwoya and Gulu).
 - Conducted 68 radio talk shows on different topical human rights concerns and it legal frameworks, reaching out to over 1 million listeners in northern Uganda.
 - 500 Human Rights Volunteers (HRVs) trained and 50 community-based groups of women and youth spread across Acholi sub-region
 - Produced and disseminated 1000 copies newsletters/examiners and IEC materials on trending human rights issues affecting the people of northern Uganda.
